This uniquely hand crafted felt bowl makes a fantastic individual addition to any home. Use it to store all your little nick nacks, jewellery or even just use it as decoration on a coffee table! The bowl consists of 100% merino fleece in a stunning shade of mulberry purple with a lilac purple inner. Pure white merino is then used to decorate to create a lace effect.
It is made using the wet felting resist technique. This involves laying out layers of butter soft merino fleece and wetting it with hot soapy water. Pressure is then applied to create a solid, seamless vessel. Every felted piece is completely unique.
This bowl is also made with an eco friendly conscience. The fleece comes from manufacturers who recycle as much of the by products of manufacture as possible. I also ensure there is as little water wastage as possible in my own techniques. There are no harsh chemicals or unnatural materials or methods used in the making of this bowl.
